Bendigo small business owners can learn about the financial implications of new Federal Fair Work laws at a free Telstra Bendigo and Central Victoria business event on Tuesday, 23 March 2010.

At the Business Insights 2010 Working Lunch and expo, workplace experts Workforce Guardian will discuss how small business owners can manage their Fair Work obligations and everyday staff issues at an affordable price.

“Small business owners risk financial penalties if they don’t comply with modern awards and the National Employment Standards, part of the Fair Work Act from 1 January 2010,” according to event speaker David Bates, Manager - Employment Relations at Workforce Guardian.
